Spooky Bollards to Keep Children Safe or Frightened Them!

Plymouth City Council was installing the 3ft bollards to slow traffic outside Compton primary school in Plymouth, UK- a design to keep school children safer – but these spooky bollards seem likely to scare them out of their wits as well.

The project currently been revive, after parents are opposing to the idea. One parent said: "They're going to be there all the time. In the middle of the night you'll see these weird-looking things." While the school try to keep schoolchildren safe from moving car and inconsiderate parking on pavements, Parents feared the eerie life-size statues would scare children.
